Typical interview questions. Where do you want to be in 5 years? What are your strengths and weakness. To be frank, I was pretty disappointed with the questions. Not a lot was asked of me to determine my experience. Additionally, the hiring manager was 20 minutes late for both interviews.
Have you worked with WordPress before and how good are you with it
What is one software that you like to use and why? Is there a time when you need to say no to a customer me? Describe a time when you help customer through a complex technical issue? One IQ question towards the end which requires some calm, logical thinking
What do you personally need to be successful in this position?
Tell us about a really terrible experience you've had when you were the customer dealing with customer support. How would you have handled it differently if you had been the customer support person in that situation?
