A lot of behavioral and customer service based questions.
Why customer service? The ONLY question asked during the hour long case study interview by the sales rep. I don't know why you would have a sales rep waste an hour out of their day to sit in on a cs interview, but I digress. Time is money people!
The recorded video itself can be unsettling if you are not used to this type of communication. All questions were fairly easy and none were unexpected.
