I had to do a whole afternoon of work for a sample exercise in the software. Another interview after that & they don't even have the decency to get back to me. They are likely using people for free to get their work. These places are run by complete idiots.

What was my customer service background, how much did I know about their publications.
Honestly, I wasn't asked almost anything. They just asked me to briefly describe my past work experience and the next step was the math assessment
There were some of the standard interview questions like "what was a difficult situation with a customer you had and how did you deal with it", but also some interesting casual ones I didn't expect like "what's your favorite movie" and "what's your greatest fear". It was nice to hear something different than the usual same 5 questions everyone always asks.
