The two big examples I remember from it is they asked me to lead a movement group on the spot with some co-workers that they randomly brought into the room. The second big thing I remember is they asked me how would I handle a group member if they were actively cutting themselves. One (of the two) interviewers acted as if she was the group member and I had to approach her.
