How would you approach building an Analytics practice? What technologies would you recommend? What sorts of reports would you recommend for clients and internal use? What's your approach to team management? Can we get some free management consulting hours from you (joking, this was implied)
What I would hate and love in my work environment, how I would handle conflicts with colleagues, sudden task reprioritization and leaving work unfinished to focus on something with emerging high priority. I was asked about the capacity and ability to crunch numbers on a daily basis which was relevant to my position. The question focus was not technically heavy.
Why do you want to work at Veeva?
First round was a general guesstimate round. Second round was a take home analytics case study which asked for a relationship between sales (output variable) and input variables such as reviews, location, Price etc. along with a high level strategy to increase sales. A dataset was shared.
