Please provide an example of a time when you provided exceptional customer service to someone. Describe the situation, the steps you took, and the outcome. 5) (PLEASE ANSWER IN JAPANESE) Everyone has sold something. Even if you never sold a product, you probably had to sell an idea or concept to others at some point. What are three skills or attributes that you possess that will make you successful in sales? Provide an example of a time when you used one to get a result.

The interview is explained by the HR in a conference call of about 45 minutes. The most frequent questions are about prioritarization skills, problem solving, and other soft skills in the work life (e.g which customer do you answer first or what would you do in a certain situation) as well as questions about the global economic circumstances (e.g trump, brexit)
