The questions were irrelevant to the job role and duties. Nothing from the domain from which you are applying. Each level of interview they ask same question. I was enthusiastic about the role to work with Axon however, asking a potential candidate to work on report and presentation and not even looking at it was a big turn off for me. I would not recommend, they lack in terms of management.

They asked about my goal would be for the future if I got the job at LEGO (Which I think were a good question)
What I would hate and love in my work environment, how I would handle conflicts with colleagues, sudden task reprioritization and leaving work unfinished to focus on something with emerging high priority. I was asked about the capacity and ability to crunch numbers on a daily basis which was relevant to my position. The question focus was not technically heavy.
Tell me something about yourself? Why MBA After engineering? Why Finance? Why have taken operations as your second specialization?
They asked me about my existing role and job profile.
Generic interview questions, why do you want to work here, what are 3 strengths and one weakness etc... they even asked both these questions in both rounds of interview.
