The initial Zoom interview was with the People Operations Manager only. --------------------- Beginning: 1. What would you change about the assignment? 2. What did you notice about the invalid projects? Middle: 3. Why do you want to work for Citylitics? 4. What's the largest dataset you've worked with? 5. What would your supervisor at [last workplace] say about you? 6. An example of a challenge you've experienced at work. End: 7. Do you have any questions for me? --------------------- At the end of the interview, the interviewer said that there would be 2 more interviews after this one. The next one would be a tech interview with someone from the data team, and that it would be mostly "situational." The last interview would be with the CPO to gauge cultural fit. All in all, the entire process consisted of 5 steps: online application, short assignment, initial screening, tech interview, last interview. After my first screening interview, I didn't hear back for 2 weeks so I assumed I didn't make it past that stage.
