Tell me a little bit about yourself. Why did you come to the UK? Why do you want to work for us? Tell me about a time you had to deal with a client criticising your work and what did you do. Tell me 3 advises you would give to someone working in a customer service centre. Imagine a customer calls you saying he wants to cancel a reservation. What would you do? Imagine a customer calls and he is angry. What would you do? It was mostly situational questions "What would you do if..." In the end, I was asked to translate two texts (native language to English and vice versa).
