They asked what was a difficult situation you had to make a collections call and what was the out come. The interview was very laid back and they were more interested in overall collections experience, which I had.
HR asked if I had won any awards at a former job - this would have factored into the pay formula used.
They asked me to describe a time that I had to deal with a disgruntled customer. Very basic questions. It all went very quickly.
