Why did you want to work at Bank of America? Why are you leaving your old job? Where do you see yourself in five years? Did you go to college? Why haven't you finished college? When will you graduate?
I wouldn't say there were any difficult or unexpected questions. I was asked if I had third party collection experience, or if I had any related experience to the field. I advised of my related experience and was asked what my conversion rates and call length were. It was one of the easiest interviews I've ever had
