How did you handle a difficult customer and what was the outcome
They have a list of questions, and ask in previous jobs when did you experience this and how did you resolve it. One question I had was about a call center… confusing as I was not interviewing for a call center job
Most difficult is the wearing several hats regardless of ones position. This company give the sense that everyone is part of the team and considered to be a star player.
Tell me about a time when you noticed something was not working and how you made changes/improvements to the process. (I am paraphrasing the question, I don't remember the exact wording.)
They ask the typical questions and ask how you would handle different scenarios with customers.
