He wanted to see different aspects : - business (ask questions to have a better understanding of the issue) - analytics - prediction Head of HR wanted to understand my career choices. She asked specific questions and wanted to know my professionnal vision at mid-term and long-term. For both interviews, questions were unusual and made the interviews really challenging.
