Why should we hire you versus someone who has more experience?
The interview was held online with a person from the recruitment team. After a question regarding my interest in the program, I was given a case study of an energy company that planned to expand in the US. I was given limited time to read and take notes and then had to answer one question that would demonstrate commercial awareness.
