I was asked to state why I was applying to Ruptly. I said that I wanted to work for an organisation that focused on news outside of the mainstream, which is true. I think it would have helped it I had been more critical of the UN, EU, NATO and any other transnational organisation Putin isn't too fond of. Bad mouthing Russia's enemies would have also helped.
English test, presentation in front of the group .... they were eliminating people after every single test there were 3 in total the last one was the only 1:1 and you had to read a news and then do a pitch on how to sell ads in the newspapers sections
