One-way interview consisted of questions such as "Why do you want to work in Data Governance" as well as other general competency based questions. Similar questions were asked in the telephone interview. Assessment Centre questions mostly revolved around diagram analysis as well as testing your logical thinking skills through designing an algorithm challenge. You also needed to submit a presentation on one of the questions that you were asked to answer.

Skills Test(generic SQL), Problem #1 Description: “Display the last names and hire dates of all the latest hires in their respective departments for location 1500.” The problem description also included a database chart showing the tables involved(typical HR relational DB setup, EMPLOYEE and DEPARTMENT tables) with the field names, data types and field sizes.
