I had an interview with the Store Manager & Asset Protection Manager. The start of the interview was very light work. They both introduced themselves personally and what their interests were. I then introduced myself and told them my main interests. We then got onto the normal off the sheet questions. Everything was good! I left after around 30 minutes in the interview room. Still waiting to hear from them.
Are you comfortable racially profiling people in an attempt to catch people shoplifting? (This is serious! Target in Alexandria, Hybla Valley, and Falls Church, VA all engage in this, especially against African-Americans.)

Lots of great questions asked, basically went through my CV and asked about experience and how I could relate it to the role at ABA.
What is you background in security work in general? What non-security work do you think best prepared you for this job? What is the difference between overall security and executive protection? What is the main job of an executive protection agent? What temperament do I think is best fit for an executive protection agent?
Both interviews lied repeatedly to me.
