why you work in service based company?, and rest blah blah type questions, my 2nd round is total waste of time , managers and others just showing they are owner of paytm company and asking que in hindi, and always said why you working in XX company. i think they don't knew one97 is a service based company few years back , now they are not succeed in there and luckly paytm is running . their managers are totally manner less and mindless they should learn how to talk with interview guys.
