what is the role of auto page recovery
A lot of questions aiming at how much you know about SQL, noSQL, networking, troubleshooting etc... was asked to write some queries on a whiteboard/ draw some diagram about some topic.
Technical interview: I was asked questions relevant to my experience with the various technologies related to SQL Server Database Administration. They asked different level of questions. What was the scope of your work? What kind of problems did you solve and how. Management interview: I was asked some questions such as following: What are you looking for in your prospective employer? Where do you see after 3 years in this organisation?

It included basics as well as Backup, Clustering, Mirroring, Log Shipping, Architecture. Scenario based questions and direct questions as well.
