They wanted to know the amount of constituent records I worked with. Their database had 300,000 constituents. Seems like this was very important to them. Though I felt the interview went well, I was not offered the job.

It was a harrowing experience where in I almost thought that I had lost the job. My experience & qualifications were belittled & I was told that they were of no use to the company
