Overall, the interview was very easy. After we were recruited we were told we were hired on our personality rather than the experience we brought. A lot of those hired have never worked before, myself included! The one question which was the most difficult for me was "Why Coles?", as honestly I was planning to take any job I could. I thought about it though and I realised the answer was clear:
One question was tell me about one area that has held you back from succeeding.
