It is a very passive interview process after the phone interview. i had to do technical work during the hands on portion of the interview 6-7 units of ceramics each day. They ask basic questions about why you are looking, what your good or bad at, how much you need to make to change jobs, relocate, they really try to make you feel like a person and not a number.
