what would you do if you caught someone stealing. (You are never sure if your being to kind or to harsh in your reply.) Be sure to answer all questions not in the way you feel but in the way WALMART feels or you lose points in the questioning process.
Tell me about a time you went out of your way to help a customer?
They asked me why I had know sense of urgency. I was told by many other members of management to slow down. That was the only negative remark I got just before my six month review. I felt like they wanted a reason not to approve a raise.
