I only spoke with the Talent Acquisition Manager, and the questions asked were more in line with what I would expect from a hiring manager. In my view, these initial calls are most effective when they provide an overview of the company, the role, and how a candidate’s experience aligns, alongside some space for the candidate to ask questions.
