They asked for an example of a time when I had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was about the Parade. The VP was and still is very involved in the Thanksgiving Parade. Wanted to know if I would be interested in participating. Since I cook dinner for my family and we eat by #pm, I had to decline...I was afraid that I would not get the position. Was not the case at all. I had over 20 people in my department that I took care of. Loved it.

The most difficult thing was the preparation time for the case study interview, remember to scan through as much information as you can.
Describe to me a situation where you had to go out of your way for a guest and how you handled the situation.
"Describe a time you led a project, what was project and what was the outcome?" specifically because as lower level associates, you really don't get a chance to lead any projects unless a new system happens to be introduced. I was luckily chosen to introduce a new system in our store, so I could successfully and truthfully answer the question.
