Honestly, they didn't ask questions. It was more conversational, and they let you lead.
.Questions were mostly to find if you would be the right match for their so called values and ethos. At the end of the day its a retail store that sells furniture but nope cant say that you are the designer who reads clients and hand pick furniture from their galleries and make it right..they went on and on about RH core values and was asked how i would relate to it.
Give an example of a luxury experience.
When do I start the role
Where do you want to be in 5 years?
They asked me why I thought the design position was right for me and talked about being hard working and driven. They asked about experience in retail and availability of course. It was informal but very productive.
What would you like to be doing in 5 years.
