I was told to identify with a characteristic about myself that resonated with the statement and also to identify a portion of the statement which made me think about where I had an "opportunity" (room to grow - or a weakness). I was told that after I shared my thoughts about how the statement reflected back to me, that my interviewer would share with me her personal likeness in the statement and her personal opportunity.
