During the first face to face with the team. Mostly knowledge on the market and relevant experience within the retail design world. I got to meet the team and "future colleague" the exchange was pretty open and informational. Maybe a bit too friendly. I was brought in for a second face to face interview with whom would be the manager of the position I was being seen for. This one was much shorter, not really a discussion but more about trying to understand why I had applied. It was implied that they were looking for a different profile during that second interview and that they were not going to hire me.
