Honestly, there wasn't one particularly. It seemed like they hadn’t clearly defined what they were looking for, which aligns with the fact that the position had been open for two years, suggesting potential challenges internally with decision-making and clarity around hiring needs.
Asked about my previous experience, some general questions and other more specific ones based on the answers I gave. They asked about building processes to teach designers to articulate their design thinking and be able to communicate well with clients.
Thoughts about how to get increased loan submissions, increased product awareness, etc
