After some discussion around my career and CV the process went into technical specifics and how the teams are set up. I was asked about challenges I'd faced and how I dealt with them. I was pleased that there were lots of questions around working collaboratively. I never felt like the questions were overly detailed or technical. The discussion was genuinely interesting and the questions all tested my thinking in ways which meant I was able to demonstrate my strengths and weaknesses. I felt challenged but never interrogated, and I genuinely enjoyed the entire process.

To be honest it was some time ago, so cannot remember specifics, but overall the interview was focused on leadership, and felt like a two-way conversation rather than a screener call, this really stood out for me. I also selected "Average" as the difficulty, as I felt confident in my answers and generally feel confident in my ability for the specific role that was on offer.
