General: Why discord? Product related: Size of the team you managed? Management style questions. Things I would do differently about the projects I presented.
A big focus on project experience, and little else such as soft skills and team building.
They wanted me to take the lead with the interview, so I walked through my history and portfolio.
General basic questions such as: Tell us about yourself/ Goes through each projects of your 200+ pages portfolio and tell us the design concept, role that you were in. Wasted so much time rather than focusing on the candidates skills and potential.

Most of the interviewers were interested in my experience at my current employer. They had the basic questions such as "why do you want to join Varian", "why do you want to leave your current job?", most challenging situation"? "How do you handle the situation when people do not commit and fail to complete their tasks on time?" There were also some interviewers with weird behavioral questions such as "do you want to do your best or be the best?", "do you like slow or fast environment"?
