The main interviewer liked to keep it more personal because, in their words "they are also hiring for the personality fit". Overall, the interview questions could have had more variation to bring to light certain technical skills, but overall they were pretty standard. One of the more junior staff members did not always understand the concepts behind the questions they had to read out, so it felt a bit challenging to get through to them.
