most weird interview questions ever, as I said, focused on the behavior and motivation. Some examples: "If someone would offer you a job, where you can do anything you want, what would you do." ( with all due respect, just googling and shooting random questions as you believe they are in any way relevant to someone's stamina, personal goals or performance is never good practice ) After a few questions they kept focusing on the "driven by" part, and they somehow forgot to ask themselves, if they are actually focusing on the job requirements. Personally I was excited to be part of a HUGE reality, bringing change in the banking industry, and I tried my best to express that, as I'm passionate about linux, macos, and several other technologies they use on a daily basis.

Was asked about how to respond to a sample ticket and had two minutes to respond
Explain a situation where you encountered a problem and how did you solve it.
Most unexpected question was "Can you describe a difficult situation you had with a customer and how you resolved the conflict" ...and... "Name a time you had a conflict with your co-workers or boss and how did you come to an agreement."
