How would you handle a difficult situation
There were 9 questions in the self-interview, 2 asked about salary expectations and working hours (if you could work them), the others were basic CX interview questions--How do you handle an escalated customer? What's an important quality to have in customer service?
Basic questions, they send you to do a test where you are place in situations and you must answer on video (recording) so they evaluate your answer after. There is no feedback and well it fet bias as you have no feedback
