They really are just going to ask a lot about yourself and what you do to navigate the logistics of your own life. This isn't a role that many people will have direct experience in, so they want to see what unique perspectives and traits you have to bring to the table.
They truly have the customer's best interest at heart and were very in-depth about the behavioral and scenario questions, so they could make sure the right match was joining this great company.
