There were no difficult questions.
I don't remember specifically but there was not that many questions. Typical "get to know you" stuff and then why I liked this specialty and how i got started with it. Then into resume questions. She did inquire what machines and equipment (brand and model) that I was familiar with from previous experience and we discussed what they use and I was shown an example. Really no questions that didn't have obvious answers were asked to be honest.

Give an example of a goal you reached and tell me how you achieved it. Describe a decision you made that wasn't popular, and explain how you handled implementing it. Give an example of how you worked on a team. What do you do if you disagree with someone at work? Share an example of how you were able to motivate employees or co-workers. Have you handled a difficult situation? How?
You need to know exactly what an acute dialysis nurse does and have a really good idea of what this position includes.
