There were hardly any questions, as it was my first job. Everything was basic. i.e. What is your biggest weakness? Do you work well with others? etc.
Do I have experience with the elderly & how I would handle certain situations
They are looking for flexibility in scheduling I was able to provide that. The ability to work Days afternoons and evenings with some weekends. They are also looking for team players, those who are able to work side by side with the ability to think fast.
Q: What made you interested in applying for this job?
Of you are dealing with an angry family member of a patient how would u handle this ?
