How can you best define yourself?
My phone interview with Lindsay was very conversational, beginning with her explaining who she is and her role within the company. I introduced myself and then she asked me to walk her through my resume. It felt very comfortable and put my nerves at ease. She did not ask any of the cliche interview questions. When I met with her in person, we further discussed the company, the role I was applying for--sort of a follow-up to our original conversation. The interview with the hiring managers was based on role-specific questions.
