My interview was split into two parts - the first part was an online application where I uploaded cover letter, CVs etc. and answered fairly basic questions. The second part was a situational judgement test which tested how you react in certain situations, such as how you react with demanding colleagues, clients, hierarchy etc. I thought it was testing your common sense.

The first and only question / statement of the recruiter was asking if I'm currently in Warsaw (even though my CV clearly stated my Cracow location), because the position is actually not hybrid but on-site. Aaand that was the end of our conversation. Find it absolutely unprofessional.
Cultural fit questions were very important.
