The first in-person interview had 3 canned questions like "What was challenging about this position", "What was your biggest accomplishment", and something else that I forget. You were essentially to go through all of your employment history and answer all 3 questions.
1. If you face these situations, what will you do? why? 2. Tell me about yourself? 3. Why you choose to become a seller? 4. What are your strengths & weaknesses? 5. Why should we choose you instead of other candidates? 6. What is your goal? at least in a 5 years time. 7. If we hire you for this position, how would you contribute to us? (If your answers are not satisfying, they will ask. Please share with us your great ideas that make us "wow").
