Aptitude test is pretty easy, practice basic aptitude questions. 1st technical round - decent, make sure to go through the job description thoroughly as questions are mostly going to be related to the skills they expect from you. 2nd round (managerial round) - everything written in your resume. asked technical skills written in resume as well as projects and other HR questions. (even though it was managerial round). Not that hard to crack but as I didn't know what they would ask in managerial round, I stammered a little due to the lack of confidence i had and hence didn't get the offer. :)
