The process was quite different from other companies tbh. Once, everyone applied, they directly shortlisted a handful of students based on their resumes and contacted them for interviews. There were two round of interviews, with the first round being a tech round where the discussion revolved around basic questions about my project and one simple coding question of Stacks. After getting shortlisted for the second interview, the second interview began after some days. It was of hardly 5-10 minutes and it was mostly a HR round for me, though some of friends were asked some technical questions as well. However, after this round, we directly got the results, and I was thankfully selected for a 6 months intern at Mamaearth.
