The questions asked of me were not difficult or unexpected. I was asked if I had any caregiver experience and how would I handle a situation involving a resident being left in soiled or dirty clothing by the previous shift. How did I feel about caring for transgendered person's and if I would be willing to bathe and change soiled residents.
None really, the people at the staffing agency coached you pretty good at how to best take the long test and how to answer specific questions. I heard the agency has shortened the test because of all the complaints about its length.
