There were a couple of on-the-fly questions about how I would execute some specific initiatives - no time for prep but the tone was conversational so the stress level was not excessive.
All the questions were specific to my the role and my experience in the area. I was asked to create a 30 minute presentation for my in person interview based on some specific questions the HUM team prepared for me.
They might only value talent within the Auto experience; a diverse, progressive experience might not work for them.
Why I'm interested in role? What applicable experience do I have that they should know about? What was a challenging time and how did I turn it around/handle it?
