Basic “tell me a time when” for behavioral interviews. Tech screen was regarding the industry, person interviewing was very smart and wasn’t looking for architect type knowledge for a people leader role. Case study was straight forward - make sure you’re interacting with the person as its not just about getting the right answer but how you get there.
What systems have you worked on and supported.
Tell me about yourself and then a long diatribe of their woes and miseries. I wasn’t sure if my answer actually mattered

They wanted to know my Salary
Strength and weakness, how you contribute yourself to the company, etc.
Explain about IT processes, Roles, How you handled issues, Documentation, Presentation skills etc.
The interview with the hiring manager was ok except I did not get a sense at all of what she wanted out of the skill set. She focused more on why do you want to work here vs. how can my skillset best help benefit the company and role. Very short explanations by the manager as well in terms of the what the goals of the org. are given the high level positions.
