First round interview was with GCIO of Himatsingka, Bangalore. I expected some manners from this guy GCIO... He asked so many personal questions.. As a senior engineer I have interviews 100 of candidates in my life and I have attended interviews in many companies but this was the first time an interviewer was very curious to know about my personal things. After his first question itself I decided I can't work with him ever if he pays 1 CR per year. such a stupid questions he has asked.
I was asked about the metrics for a team that I'd managed four years earlier. That wasn't the issue, the problem was that I was asked for specific monthly numbers and was criticized for not being able to remember the exact numbers.

Too easy, very much the strengths and weakness questions
How many direct reports you had? What was the overall team size
Tell me about a time when you failed at work.
The team was very knowledgeable/technical so there was no bluffing my way through the technical interview. They basically started out with the most difficult questions first. I actually liked this method as it proved to me the team knew what they were doing.
How would you or your family feel about working for a company where firearms are sold.
