Asked about experience working with outside vendors to provide training. Very little about creating and delivering training.

Tell me about a time that a project you worked on failed.
I never heard back after the interview. They said they would make a decision but didn't have the decency to thank me for my time. This felt very unprofessional.
Describe a business problem and how did you resolve it.
Never made it to the interview because they were so disrespectful of other people's time.
