Every interview asked me to walk me through my professional experience, which I found to be busch league. You have my (very detailed) resume and the recruiting should have been taking notes during our initial call. It's a waste of time to walk EVERY SINGLE PERSON I speak with through 10 years of work history. Non recruiters need serious interview training and time designated to preparing for interviews.
