Every interview asked me to walk me through my professional experience, which I found to be busch league. You have my (very detailed) resume and the recruiting should have been taking notes during our initial call. It's a waste of time to walk EVERY SINGLE PERSON I speak with through 10 years of work history. Non recruiters need serious interview training and time designated to preparing for interviews.

You have my (very detailed) resume and the recruiting should have been taking notes during our initial call.
