As a hiring manager myself, I won't answer this question. It's a problem in a rapid growth company when your hiring questions/answers start getting propagated on the internet. I want to see the ability for someone to think on their feet not their results after extensive research or using someone else's answer.

The interview round was easy, and discussed all the techno-managerial aspects. But, the interviewer didn't introduce himself/herself and also didn't mostly understand technical definitions which I gave as answer (Because, the questions were totally random and not related or in orderly fashion).
