Not a question but be prepared to do a sample contract review and presentation. I was asked to provide alternative language as well as a 10-15 minute presentation.
How do I drive a culture and what are the steps I do to establish this

Behavioral Questions, mostly on leadership and management (seems these are areas of high focus...and now a red flag to me about DaVita). Questions about how to work/deal with doctors and staff when clinical outcomes and results were not being attained (again, the underlying theme served as a red flag of what to expect if successfully employed). Makes me wonder if there are underlying problems with dynamic leadership and relationships within the clinics and regions too.
What will you do if you are asked to do something that you do not agree with at all or are strongly opposed to?
Give me examples of where you have led marketing programs that are highly localized within a community.
